Abhinav is a Principal Associate at Archeus Law and carries an experience of more than 10 years in the profession. He is a part of the Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution team. He is also a designated Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India.
Abhinav specialises in Dispute Resolution (including arbitration, insolvency and general civil/commercial litigation) and White-Collar Crime cases. He has been primarily involved in matters relating to contract management, and dispute resolution matters in the field of infrastructure projects –predominantly power, metro rail and highway projects.
Abhinav has been actively involved in arbitration matters in disputes between project proponents and contractors and has significant experience in that regard. He is also part of the team advising clients on general legal matters associated with project management as well as pre-dispute advisory services.

- Extensive experience in litigation & arbitration in the fields of infrastructure, construction, and regulatory matters, including general commercial matters
- Experience in dealing with white-collar crime cases before various adjudicating authorities
- Commercial & criminal litigation in various tribunals, high courts and the Supreme Court of India
- Experience in dealing with insolvency cases on behalf of various foreign as well as domestic companies, before NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court of India
- General legal/compliance advisory in the infrastructure sector
